91 Clifton Street
Nedlands
Rustic charm with a modern twist, 91 Clifton Street was a privilege to bring to life.
Indoor and outdoor living is maximised with this new home design, with plenty of recycled materials paying a humble homage to yesteryear.
Exposed bricks, pipes and a variety of sustainably sourced wooden planks make their mark throughout the abode. Natural light spills into the modern, subway tiled bathrooms with a seamless walk-in shower on show, with black matte tapware and handles throughout.
Innovation, quirk and considerate forethought were paramount to this Klopper and Davis design, tendered by yours truly.
The finer details:
- Recycled red brick forms the basis of this beautiful home
- Polished burnish concrete floors
- Cedar timber joinery for windows and doors
- Recycled entry door frame from the demolished house and reworked into the new build.
- Outdoor connection to the carefully designed garden features, including silt pits to provide a veggie garden and sand pit for this humble family.
“We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have had Simon build our dream home. This was an architecturally designed project with many individual and unique features and throughout, Simon was meticulous, careful and excellent communicator.”
